We kindly ask our clients to respect our 24 hour cancellation policy. We do understand that life happens and things come up, so if the need arises for you to cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled time and that appointment time slot cannot be filled, 25% of total service value will be charged.
It is important to note that all “no show” appointments will be subject to a charge of 100% of scheduled service value.
Microblading / Microneedling Deposits
Please note that deposits for Microneedling and Microblading services are non refundable however they are transferable. If you have to cancel and re-schedule either of these appointments, please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time to avoid any additional fees. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment time. If there is a “no-show” for either Miconeedling or Microblading, the deposit will be forfeited, and another deposit will be required prior to future bookings of these services.
At Prim Brow Bar + Skin Studio, we guarantee the products we sell. If a product has been opened it may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for exchange or store credit. If a product is unopened, it may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date.
Online Gift Card Purchase Policies
Gift Cards purchased online from PRIM Brow Bar + Skin Studio are redeemable for services and/or product purchases. Gift cards do not expire, are non-transferable, and may not be returned or redeemed for cash. Card may be used multiple times until the value is depleted and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
